Mr. Tikka Ram Sharma is the head chef as well as co-owner along with Mr. Vijay Verma and has over 37 years of experience serving both the countries- India and U.S. He gained his experience at Moti Mahal in New Delhi and has recently served our downtown Chicago operation as well as U of I- Urbana Champagne.
